2. How do I know if an item is in stock?

All of our products are listed with their current availability on the product page.
If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for a back-in-stock notification so you’ll be alerted when it’s available again!


3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • Handling time: 1–2 business days

  • Delivery time: 4–6 business days (Standard Shipping) or 2–3 business days (Expedited Shipping) for U.S. orders.

International orders may take longer, depending on your location.
You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped, so you can monitor its progress.


4. Can I modify or cancel my order?

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
However, if you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@brritfits.shop, and we’ll do our best to assist you before your order is shipped.


5. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
You can also track your order directly on our Order Tracking page by entering the tracking number provided.


6. Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.
For international orders or expedited shipping, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location.


7. How do I return an item?

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.

8. How long will it take to get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly issue a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
